My card was declined

I was charged but didn’t get confirmation
Confirmation emails can take a few minutes. Please check your spam folder. If it doesn’t arrive, contact us with your payment reference.
Can I change the payment method after ordering?
For security, we cannot modify the payment method once an order is placed. You may cancel (if still processing) and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider:
- Cards: typically 5–10 business days (issuer dependent)
- Digital Wallets: usually instant to 3 business days
